As an approved version dealer you can now purchase frozen cuts of venison direct from the Estate. Just get in touch and let us know what you would like.
Cuts available are:
Mince 500g - £5
Diced Leg 500g - £5
Fillet Tenderloin - £33 per kg (sizes vary from 500g - 750g
Fillets - £38 per kg (sizes vary from 280 - 350g)
Haunch Steaks - 2 per pack - £6
Venison Liver, sliced - £4

Guests and non guests can purchase different types of cuts from Muir Estate Larder. If you want something different than above you can pre-order specific cuts ready for your stay or to pick up direct from the Estate.
