Downstairs Lounge: Double and single sofa bed

UPPER FLOOR

Room 4: Master Bedroom Super King or Twin with en-suite bathroom (roll top bad, walk in double shower, his and her sinks), x2 single sofa beds, space for a travel cot

Room 5: Super King or Twin with en-suite bathroom with hand held shower over the bath.  Room for a travel cot
