I love to cook and eventually we will be offering a catered service and/or 'ready to heat' menu choices for our guests, plus...once our deer have matured and we have beef and lamb we can then offer some select cuts of meat, grown right here on the estate.
Until then we have made sure you have everything you need in the Lodge and the Bothy. Have a wee look at the digital images of the new kitchens which arrive on 5th April....so excited!
Also, and I may have gone a bit mad here, apart from building a bespoke BBQ I've ordered a wood fired pizza oven that is HUGE, and will cook 4 large pizzas or a complete roast dinner, so if al fresco is your thing you won't be disappointed!
